How long does delivery take?
Most storybooks are ready in 45–60 minutes after you submit your request. We're built for last-minute gifts — birthday morning, party in an hour, grandparent panic-buy. During busy times or custom art reviews, it may take up to 2 hours. We will email you the moment your preview link is ready.
When do I pay?
Never when you submit a request — that's free. We create your story and send a private preview link (usually 45–60 minutes). You read the cover and free preview pages first. If something isn't right, request changes on the story page before paying. You only checkout when you're happy and ready to unlock the full book. The price is always shown on screen before Stripe charges you.
How much does a personalized storybook cost?
Unlocking the full story after preview: Standard from $8.99 (8 pages + cover), Premium from $24.99 (12 pages + cover). Can I request changes to my story?
Yes — and you should, before you pay. After reading your free preview pages, use the change-request form on the story page to describe what you'd like different (names, plot, illustrations). We'd rather fix it than have you unlock a book you don't love. No charge until you're happy with the preview.
Is my child's information kept private?
Yes. Every story link is marked noindex — Google and other search engines won't list your child's story in results. Only people with the exact private URL can view it.
